    The Senior Manager, Breakroom Solutions Executive will oversee a team of Business Development Managers dedicated to acquiring new Breakroom programs in Medium to Large accounts. This position plays a key role in shaping and executing the Staples Breakroom strategy to establish Staples as the premier Breakroom solution provider. Responsibilities include driving profitable growth, meeting new business targets, and leading strategic sales initiatives. The Senior Manager also focuses on developing team members and ensuring KPIs are met through personalized coaching and strategic planning.

    What you'll be responsible for:

    • Coach and guide BDMs individually and collectively to reinforce Professional and Strategic Selling Skills, prioritize opportunities and strategies, and achieve KPIs,
    • Provide support to BDMs during challenging customer interactions and introduce innovative perspectives on opportunities.
    • Effectively manage the Pipeline and conduct regular reviews with the team.
    • Collaborate with Sale Effectiveness to implement Go-To-Market strategies.
    • Recruit, retain, and nurture talent through talent pipeline management, recognition of high performers, and addressing underperformance.
    • Monitor industry trends and data to drive decision-making and enhance sales strategies.
    • Work with internal teams to create programs that enhance profitability and market penetration to meet customer needs.
    • Capable of crafting and negotiating complex contracts that mitigate risks for the company while offering value to customers.
    • Cultivate an environment of inclusivity, open communication, teamwork, goal attainment, and accountability.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 7+ years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record.
    • 3+ years of successful sales management experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree.
    • Industry expertise.
    • Five years of thriving B2B sales or B2B sales management experience.
