    Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a National Account Executive in the SW area of the US (TX, OK, NE, KS, NM)

    This manufacturer offers application tooling to the aircraft and aerospace industries - lots of work with Defense Contractors. Territory is growing rapidly, company offers lots of growth opportunity

    * This company is specifically seeking candidates with U.S. military experience *

    Compensation: $115-135k (plus bonus potential of 10-20%)

    What You Will Do:

    Provide exceptional service to strategic customers in the Southwest Region (TX, OK, KS, NE, NM). Develop customer relationships, listen to customer needs, provide technical solutions, and educate them on the value of company tools in the marketplace. Assist in supporting in-territory training and tradeshows nationally as necessary.

    90% of your time will be spent with current customers, 10% focused on new business development.

    Travel: Sporadic and up to the rep - some are able to do what they need with mostly Zoom, others do more face to face. In the early stages this rep would want to get out and meet people, but those travel requirements would slow down from there.
    • Develop into a subject matter expert on company tooling
    • Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with strategic customers and industry stakeholders
    • Provide technical support and solutions to customers
    • Deliver on-site or remote product demonstrations and training
    • Prepare and present powerful and persuasive sales presentations that effectively promote company products
    • Contribute to the development and execution of the Business Development Strategy to ensure consistent revenue growth
    • Leverage innovative ways to capture market intelligence and communicate it to management
    • Develop and execute an annual territory growth plan
    Education and Work Experience:
    • At least 4 years of US Military experience required
    • Must have a HUNTER personality; a dynamic JMO with sales acumen and knows they want sales
    • 1 year PRODUCT sales experience (not service or software.) The more industrial the better.
