    Sign-on bonus: $Department: ICU

    9 FTE | 36 hours a week | Full-Time | Nights, Every other weekend and holiday

    *Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
    Implement and monitor patient care plans.
    Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
    Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
    Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.


    Licensure/Certification/Registration:

    Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

    Graduate of a board-approved Registered Nurse Program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

    ~(Work Experience:

    ~ 2-3 years ICU experience
