I am writing in regard to the Family Medicine Consultant posting.
I meet or exceed all of the requirements to hold this position and I am licensed to practice in this state. I adhere to all
rules and regulations and I always maintain professionalism in all situations. My experience includes researching the patient’s medical history to gather important information needed to
determine what course of action to use moving forward. This also includes any medications the patient is currently
taking and any treatments used in the past that are relevant to the current problem.
I have the skills and training needed to assess the condition of new patients, authorize admissions when necessary, and
coordinate with other staff members to get the patient the care they need in a timely manner.
I have the ability to check in on patients, access their condition, and determine how well they are responding to
treatment. I can keep accurate notes, stay organized and report any changes that affect the health and well-being of
patients.
I have experience working in emergency situations and I have the ability to remain calm and respond appropriately. I
have great interpersonal skills and a great bedside manner that helps to make patients feel a little more relaxed during
this difficult time.
