- Support the Program Manager, team, and stakeholders by collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to evaluate the business processes and programs.
- As part of an Agile team, support continuous improvement efforts by identifying new data sources and gathering and analyzing relevant data to evaluate potential or new processes and/or requirements.
- Support program deliverables development and updates, and as appropriate, generate applicable deliverables.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand and document existing and emerging business requirements.
- Work with the team to ensure requirements are included in future spring activities.
- Participate in team calls and meetings.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and oversight of less experienced Program Analysts.
- Provide accurate and timely status reports on the progress of assigned tasks.
- Support the development of documentation related to team activities and enhancements, particularly related to customer requirements development.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes and procedures and participate in period reviews of existing processes.
- Collaborate with staff and the Program Manager to prioritize requests for ad hoc report development.
- Collaborate with team members on metadata management and integration of process assets to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to present recommendations and provide training.
- An ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
