As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll be instrumental in crafting cutting-edge and user-friendly experiences for our products, collaborating closely with customers and development teams.
Responsibilities:
User-Centric Design:
Apply Human-Centered Design methodologies to comprehend user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Translate insights into user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
Customer Collaboration:
Engage closely with customers to glean insights, feedback, and requirements. Transform these insights into design solutions that align with both user expectations and business objectives.
Technical Feasibility:
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed designs. Bridge the gap between design and development, fostering a collaborative environment for creating innovative and practical products.
Prototyping and Validation:
Iteratively prototype and validate design concepts through usability testing and feedback loops. Utilize tools like Figma or Adobe XD to create interactive prototypes that effectively convey design intent.
Design System Development:
Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and coherence across our products. Contribute to the evolution of the design system as product and user needs evolve.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment between design and business objectives.
Advocate for user experience excellence throughout the product development lifecycle.Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects and a strong grasp of Human-Centered Design principles.
