JLS Job Requirement for:

ServiceNow Developer

Location:
Dulles, VA (Hybrid)

Serves as a ServiceNow Developer for customer environment operations

Assist with the technical design for architecture

Manage code quality, ensuring a highly available and recoverable environment

Assist with design, testing, & deployment of business rules and technical solutions

Use mid-server and other relevant technologies to:

  • Develop custom integration components
  • Integrate legacy systems with platform
Document, maintain and update policies, procedures and controls for:

  • platform operations
- software development life cycle

Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution


Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science (or related)

8+ years of Software experience

  • Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog

2+ Years of experience with the following:

  • ServiceNow development experience
- developing a custom service portal

  • SQL
ServiceNow System Administration experience

Experience gathering requirements, database design schemas, and data modeling

Experience with process and solution integration, workflow design, and reporting

Integration components experience (SSO, LDAP, e.g.)

Web technologies experience (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services)

IAT Level I certified

ServiceNow certification (preferred)

Experience with Web Service Integration (API Web Services)

Experience with some (preferably all) of the following:

  • ITx, HR, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, PPM a Plus, Portal/UI, GRC

Active DoD Secret Clearance

Salary:
$100,000-$130,000


Pay:
$100, $130,000.00 per year
