- Lead and oversee complex ISC projects, specifically in logistics, from start to finish, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives, offering strategic guidance and mentorship to junior project management specialists.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to uncover potential opportunities.
- Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Safeguard logistics-related project processes by identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing necessary corrective measures.
- Track project progress, monitor logistics-related key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in logistics.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts to optimize ISC logistics processes and boost operational efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics and/or project management, including ISC logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, inventory management)
- 1+ years of experience with SAP or a similar ERP software
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office software
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in Aerospace compliance and/or ITAR regulations
- Strategic mindset with a focus on creativity and innovation.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools, including SAP or other ERP related software
- Ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping abreast of industry trends.

As an ISC Project Management Specialist at Honeywell's Rocky Research division, you will have the key role of supporting and assisting in managing projects within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization, focusing primarily on logistics. Reporting directly to the Integrated Supply Chain Site Lead at Rocky Research in Boulder City, Nevada, you will work full-time to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise in project management and ISC logistics will significantly impact the success of our projects.
