Your role


You are responsible for the further development and maintenance of our management system, as well as for internal processes with a focus on digitization, IT and information security.

In addition, you support in obtaining and maintaining certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and TISAX.

You also gather requirements and regulations from legislators, insurance companies, customers and information security and derive meaningful measures and processes from them in collaboration with the specialist departments, and manage their implementation.

What we are looking for

  • A completed technical or business degree / Alternatively, a completed apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in the mentioned field of activity
  • High IT affinity
  • Interest in documentation, process design and process organization
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desirable:
    - IT basic protection, ISO 27001 or TISAX
    - Information Security Management System (ISMS)
    - Integrated Management System (IMS), ISO 9001
    - GDPR
  • You have a good understanding of the essentials and bring an analytical, systematic and structured way of working
  • Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
  • Responsibility and reliability round off your profile
