You can make a big impact with us

  • With our high school program, you will be prepared for a leadership position at PENNY within 3 years - without a college degree.
  • After successfully completing your 18-month training, you will complete further training as a retail specialist (m/f/d) and then start as a store manager.
  • You will manage the flow of goods in the store, as well as storage and control of goods.
  • You will assist and support our customers in the store.
  • You will work in a strong team and gain first experiences in managing employees.
