Your Career
Prisma Cloud is building a best-in-class enterprise digital marketing and sales motion for FY24. You will gain first hand experience of working with executives to define and scale it from ground up.
As sales operations manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the internal and external sales teams at an operational level.
You have the opportunity to define and scale this program to drive meaningful net new customers for Prisma CloudYour Impact
Lead the sales operations function for the Prisma Cloud Digital Sales go to market motion
Drive alignment and collaboration among internal Sales leadership and teams and external sales teams
Partner cross functionally with Prisma Cloud field sales operations and Palo Alto central sales operations to ensure consistency in forecast, sales processes, systems and tools
Own forecast and reporting, run regular sales forecast calls, conduct sales analysis to drive insights and actions for sales leaders and executives
Identify and recommend areas to streamline and optimize sales processes
Work closely with IT and systems teams to ensure seamless integration of tools and technologies for sales enablement
Partner with the enablement team to develop training programs and resources that empower our salesforce
Lead and contribute to the development of propensity modeling through data science, driving actionable insights to enhance sales strategies
Qualifications
Your Experience
7+ years of experience in roles related to sales operations or business operations within technology or B2B sector
Good understanding of enterprise SaaS sales and prior experience working with large sales team in a B2B enterprise company preferred
Expert proficiency in sales data analysis and interpretation, and in sales funnel pipeline/forecast analytics - prior experience of running sales forecast
Prior experience in streamlining sales processes and optimizing IT systems for sales teams
Proficiency with sales analytics tools (SFDC, Clari, Tableau, etc.) and powerpoint and excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to articulate vision, program, and drive alignment with various levels of sales leadership team
Familiarity with sales enablement and training program development preferred
Self-starter, proactive problem solver, and strong sense of urgency
Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred or equivalent military experience required
SF Bay Area candidate, who can be in office a minimum 3 days/week

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $117,500/yr to $190,100/yr.
