Position Overview:

Primary Scope:


The goal of the iPAM role is to provide support to the Pure partner community and make the experience that our partners have with Pure the best in the industry.

The role provides a diverse scope encompassing helping to onboard new partners, day-to-day assistance with systems and processes, pricing and deal registration, and actively helping to promote Pure's brand and programs to our partners.


Responsibilities:


Detailed Scope:

  • Handle deal registration approvals, rejections, extensions, reassignments and issues
  • Address any issues with the deal registration process
  • Understand and explain partner program details to partners
  • Help partners with portal access and login (account creation, password resets, etc.)
  • Provide partners with portal navigation assistance
  • Assist PAMs in onboarding new resellers and distributors
  • Act as point person for CPQ issues including license allocation
  • Assist partners in accessing required and optional training and certifications
  • Provide proactive updates on progress towards meeting program requirements
  • Assess operational processes and identify opportunities to streamline
  • Document new processes as they are introduced for partners
  • Coordinate responses and updates in Medallia for "detractors" in partner survey
  • Field and redirect inbound queries from partners
  • Drive partner attendance to and participate in marketing events
  • Marketing event follow up
  • Partner recognition activities

  • Onboarding
  • Navigating Portal
  • Competitive IntelligenceBiweekly Presentations what is the channel, storage, cloud, etc.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Required
  • 13 years of business professional experience, preferably in account management, sales or customer service
  • As this is an officecentric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

Pay Range:
USD $ USD $51.92 /Hr
