    What You'll Do
    We are looking for a Senior Manager, System LSI Sales & Marketing in our San Jose, CA office.

    This position is responsible for account coordination and communication of sales with a strong follow-up to solve business issues and demand forecast and planning to drive order fulfillment as well as participate in pricing and quotes to close sales and drive revenue and profitability.


    Location:

    Hybrid, working onsite at our DSA office 4 days per week on Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

    Oversee all aspects of sales and marketing activity for the assigned account, including forecasting, PO placement, supply availability, credit management, and timely resolution of issues.

    Identify, evaluate, and negotiate business opportunities. Drive towards the optimum outcome for both parties to create a mutual win-win business environment.

    Coordinate WW sales activities with the support team in the US and Korea and regional teams to ensure optimal allocation of available supply to meet customer demands.

    Proactively work with engineering, quality, and marketing resources to identify positive opportunities and to avoid negative impacts to the business.

    Prepare and distribute reports that accurately capture and convey to management the status of the business at the customer and highlight issues that need resolved in a timely manner.

    Demonstrate ownership and understanding of the assigned account with proactive communication and active coordination with management and internal teams to resolve open issues.

    Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
    What You Bring

    Bachelors and 15 years of experience, or an MS/MBA and 13 years of experience, or a PhD and 10 years of experience preferred.

    2+ years of sales experience with semiconductor or display industry, ideally in Fabless company.

    Demonstrate an understanding of market trends and competitor activities at the customer and how it affects the Samsung position; propose actions to take advantage of or mitigate as needed.

    Analytics and tools, such as excel and CRM and demonstrated negotiation skills in complex sales environment.
    Key Account Management and Program Management experience a plus.
