    We're looking for an IT Product Manager to join the CRM Technology group in Snap Engineering As a member of the Information Technology org, you will drive design & delivery of projects & features primarily leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud & platform.

    You'll collaborate with various Business Units to build scalable Sales CRM and tooling applications.

    You should be an expert on out of the box capabilities of salesforce and have a good understanding of customization capabilities leveraging apex and lightning component framework.


    What you'll do:


    Work with Ops Program Managers, Product Managers and Customers to understand business prioritiesWork with engineers and salesforce admins to produce solution design specifications and get them aligned with business partnersManage delivery and timeline expectations with business stakeholdersManage backlog, groom stories and facilitate sprint planning for the teamBuild documentation & contribute towards engineering excellence in the area of CRM.

    Deeply understand the unique business requirements and pain points of internal users, and translating/presenting those needs into a compelling vision and roadmapPartner closely with sales ops and strategy teams to prioritize initiatives and influence the direction of product developmentEvaluate and implement third party tools that integrate with CRM to address business needsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    In depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, it's Out of the Box and customization capabilitiesManaging large cross functional projects end-to-end using project management tools and documentationWriting technical specifications and getting alignment from engineers/admins and business stakeholders.


    Thoroughly familiar with SDLC and agile/scrum processes Managing project delivery timelines, CRM roadmap and setting clear expectationsMinimum qualifications:5 years of experience with 2 years working in a large salesforce org, i.

    e greater than 1000 usersExperience launching and managing large scale CRM appsIn depth knowledge of more than one Salesforce cloudHands on development experience using Apex, Visualforce or Lightning frameworkExperience managing a large Sales cloud environment with call center/telephony integrationsThoroughly familiar with all standard CRM functionality across Lead to Sales Compensation pipelinePreferred qualifications:

    Experience building CRM solutions for a high volume & high velocity sales orgExperience building or designing complex application integrationsExperience with Ad Platforms or online Ads Industry"Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc.

    The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
    Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually

    Zone B:
    The base salary range for this position is $131,000-$197,000 annually

    Zone C:
    The base salary range for this position is $117,000-$176,000 annually.
    This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
