    POSITION SUMMARY:

    It is the responsibility of the Special Events Representative to support and execute Casino and Entertainment events as well as monitor and help manage the guest experience on the gaming floor where applicable. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:


    • Maintaining a sound knowledge of the property's amenities, events and promotional activities


    • Distribute promotional items to patrons as directed


    • Monitoring/directing guest traffic as they participate in events/promotions on or off the casino floor


    • Maintaining an awareness of all promotional activities, addressing any minor functionality concerns and reporting major issues to the Special Events Manager


    • Protects the confidentiality of all company files and documents under immediate control


    • Perform other job-related duties as requested

    REQUIREMENTS:


    • One (1) year of experience in a guest service role


    • Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written forms
