BronxWorks is hiring (1) Program Developer for Case Management Program.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Incorporate feedback and revisions from Assistant Executive Director and other senior staff, including program directors.
  • Attend kickoff meetings to determine project scope.
  • Help create project schedules and deadlines.
  • Edit proposal documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Present proposals to potential donors.
  • Support startup efforts for new program development, such as hiring/recruitment, reporting, policy/procedure manuals, and liaising with the funder.
  • Analyze/compile data and create key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Assist program directors in quality assurance activities to ensure programs are meeting contractual goals.
  • Maintain familiarity with the social services and resources that are available agencywide and in the community.
  • Represent the agency at interagency meetings and events.
  • Manage multiple projects independently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • Strong persuasive writing skills and relevant experience in professional and/or academic writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detailoriented and resourceful with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other standard business technology.
  • Passion for social service.
