Leading precise machined manufacturer is seeking Financial Controller in our Grove, OK facility
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the financial management of our company.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial and accounting operations, including forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, financial reporting, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance.

This role will require you to work closely with our senior management team and other key stakeholders to ensure our financial strategies align with our company's goals.

Oversee all financial operations of the company, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.

Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate and timely results.
Conduct ongoing financial analysis, interpreting complex financial data and providing recommendations based on this data.

Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and principles.

Collaborate with the senior management team to establish financial strategies, objectives, and plans to facilitate growth and meet the company's profitability goals.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, financial reporting, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance.

Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data, ability to create meaningful financial reports, and ability to handle complex financial concepts and make recommendations based on analysis.

Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
