For our client in the automotive industry, we are looking for you as
Facility Management Technical Site Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks - diverse and future-oriented:

Comprehensive object management and associated organization and coordination of all work in technical building management and building cleaning
Control of contractually agreed service provision, ensuring budget compliance and conducting ongoing revenue and cost controls
Technical and disciplinary management of the object team (8 employees) as well as planning of personnel deployment and development of employees (m/f/d)
Responsibility for compliance with relevant legal requirements, standards, and guidelines
Regular communication with our client regarding all technical building operation issues
Creation and maintenance of objectrelated documentation and reporting
Fulfillment of operator responsibility

Your profile complements our team:

Successfully completed vocational training in the field of technical building equipment, facility management specialist or master
Several years of professional experience in crosstrade object management
Ideally, experience in personnel management
Strong customer and service orientation as well as a high quality awareness
Communication skills and professional and binding appearance
