- Reconciliation of commission checks to settlement statement and to internal CRM
- Preparation of daily deposits
- Prepare and administer check-runs
- Assist Accounts Payable and Revenue Accounting Departments as needed
- Assist in filing and ensuring supporting documentation is complete and organized
- Prepare and remit clients' refund checks
- Other duties as assigned such as balancing team reconciliations, supporting Zendesk ticket management, processing incoming commission mail, or providing cross-team support
- One or more years of relevant work experience
- Associate's degree in accounting or related business field or Bachelor's Degree
- Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment that is deadline-driven and fast-paced
- Confident verbal and written communicator. Contributes needed input and feedback to co-workers and management
- Ability to convey analytical concepts clearly to peers and management
- High level of integrity in dealing with information of a sensitive nature

As an Accounting Specialist, you'll put your stellar analytical skills to work assisting with our daily and month-end accounts payable processes. You'll be part of a small, nimble Revenue Accounting team, so your ability to succeed independently while also collaborating with others is key.
The Role
Base Pay Range: $ Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity.
