- Maintain a culture committed to providing exceptional customer service to support our business objectives and growth
- Manage the day-to-day tasks and workload for members of the Client Services team
- Provide support to team members as needed and hold them accountable to all standards and best practices, following disciplinary procedures when necessary
- Develop team members by providing feedback and guidance; ensure they are engaged and progressing along a path of growth opportunities
- Ensure timecards are completed accurately and on time for the processing of payroll
- Ensure all client requests received via email and/or phone queue are met in a timely, pleasant and professional manner
- Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and team members to ensure proper execution of all aspects of upcoming jobs are met
- Resolve issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
- 1-3 years of hands-on management experience
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze workflow and effectively lead a team to meet clients' needs
- Ability to manage internal and external issues with grace and solve problems creatively
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior knowledge of and experience working in the legal and/or customer service industry is preferred
