- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client properties within the assigned market
- Regular Communication: Contact decision makers and influencers bi-weekly through various means, including email, phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels
- In-Person Meetings: Conduct monthly visits to client locations, scheduling face-to-face meetings, lunches, dinners, and attending sponsor events to build rapport and trust
- Promotion of BlueTeam Services: Effectively communicate BlueTeam's full range of services, emphasizing our capabilities in disaster recovery, reconstruction, cap-ex construction, and roofing
- Client Needs Assessment: Identify the specific needs and requirements of each client property, tailoring BlueTeam's services to meet their unique demands
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the BlueTeam sales and project management teams to create customized proposals for potential projects
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in line with BlueTeam's standards
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and suggestions for business growth
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred) from a four-year college or university; and four (4) + years related experience and/or training
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market
- Knowledge of the construction or restoration industry is a plus
