The Role
The Marketing Director, North America is a high-energy, results oriented marketing professional who is passionate about supporting growth, driving brand awareness, and creating great experiences for our customers and prospects.
To be successful in this role, you will drive strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders: Regional Leadership, Sales and Product as well as key external stakeholders.
The role includes understanding the regional businesses and their target segments, designing account-based marketing plans, executing demand generation campaigns and events, and leveraging customer and partner relationships in the region.
You will have a proven track record for marketing planning and execution and be results driven, capable of translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of leadership, agility, and communication skills.What You'll Do
Demand Creation & Lead Generation:
Craft and execute strategies that focus on creating a strong demand for our offerings and generate qualified leads.
Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy:
Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies across field sales, inside sales, and e-commerce channels.
Digital and Traditional Marketing Mix:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging both digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and ROI.
Central Messaging:
Create a unified message for the vehicle lifecycle technology vertical that echoes throughout collateral, sales scripts, events, and media.
Collaboration:
Interface with the events marketing and public relation marketing teams to ensure vertical initiatives align and complement central marketing efforts.
Sales Enablement:
Support sales teams by providing them with the necessary tools, collateral, and scripts based on the central message.
Market Intelligence:
Understand the market, our competitors, and customer needs to refine our marketing strategies and offerings.
Budget Management:
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's preferred.
Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the automotive or technology sector.
Strong proficiency in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging strategies.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing.
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing programs across digital marketing, social media, account-based marketing, PR, thought leadership, email, webinars and events.
Track record of success from marketing KPIs such as pipeline generated and marketing ROI.Proven experience setting and managing marketing budgets at scale.
Excellent people management skills and ability to mentor team members in various offices and countries.
Ability to collaborate and work under pressure in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
Professional, positive, upbeat, and solutions-oriented attitude able to shift gears between thinking and doing across a range of marketing activities.
