- Act as a project generalist and manage projects across a multitude of teams including infrastructure, application and security related projects.
- Gather and analyze requirements to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
- Prioritize backlog items to ensure successful project execution.
- Take initiative with an assertive approach on driving projects forward.
- Be adaptable to changing requirements and processes and procedures, while actively contributing to the growth of the PMO with ideas and feedback.
- Manage project delivery using agile methodologies, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrated 8+ years of experience as Project Manager working on a variety of IT infrastructure related projects.
- Experience in running projects using agile methodologies is highly desired.
- Experience working within a young PMO, or experience in helping build one out a huge plus.
- Knowledge of product management concepts & processes is a definite plus.
- Customer-centric mindset, a passion for process optimization, and a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey your ideas effectively to leadership.
- An ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and a self-directed approach to work.
