Your Mission:


As a Program Management Office (PMO) Assistant, you will support the program management in managing the global transformation program _alloy_.

We are looking for you to join our Duisburg office as soon as possible, either part-time or full-time.


Your Role:


  • Support in program planning, reporting, and communication
  • Support in task, issue, and risk management, as well as team coordination
  • Support in creating program management policies, guidelines, and templates
  • Support in resource and budget planning and controlling
  • Support in document and contract management, including procurement and approvals
  • Planning and booking business trips, including expense reporting
  • Meeting coordination, calendar management, and adhoc support
  • Preparation, organization, and onsite support for internal and external meetings
  • Support in daily administrative and organizational tasks
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
  • Maintaining inventory lists (keys, equipment, etc.)
  • IT support / equipment management

Your Profile and Qualifications:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience as a project assistant in a management environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Outlook and Teams
  • Knowledge of Confluence & Jira and Coupa is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English communication
