Overview:
Duly's Value-Based Care organization is dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery by emphasizing quality outcomes and patient-centric approaches.

Reporting on an interim basis to the Chief Value Based Care Officer, t_he VBC Program Manager's primary responsibilities are to support valuebased care initiatives by providing oversight for large, complex projects, impacting cross functional departments, throughout the project lifecycle. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of multiple, simultaneous projects ensuring consistency with VBC strategies, commitment, and goals. _

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and manage project objectives, governance, plans and communications that require cross functional coordination

Drive and ensure successful delivery of multiple projects
Set project controls, governance, and standards
Establish and meet timelines and due dates
Own the daytoday detailed aspects of assigned projects to ensure successful completion

Communicate clear expectations with stakeholders, executives, sponsors and team members while continually managing expectations throughout the life of the project

Develop and maintain project documentation, including charter, scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables
Communicate project objectives, goals, and progress to key stakeholder
Provide project status reports, which include budget, timeline, issues, risks and scope
Partner with stakeholders to address potential risks
Document and maintain documentation for project in corporate PM tools

Identify and resolve issues; manage dependencies to ensure timely execution

Ensure ontime and onbudget delivery of projects according to agreed upon scope and budget
Support and augment project methodology to enable more efficient use of resources and enable successful completion of initiatives
Develop and execution mitigations when offtrack

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field required.
Project Management Professional Certification preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years' previous experience in project management working with multiple departments and stakeholders (healthcare projects preferred).
1+ years Healthcare experience preferred.
