- Coordinate all office and secretarial support functions of department groups and sub-specialties
- Assists management in areas such as recruiting, training, HR related matters and data analysis
- Responsible for efficient operation of all administrative/secretarial support functions of various secretarial teams Manages issues and interprets office operating policies and procedures
- Prepares reports including conclusions and recommendations for solutions to administrative issues
- Oversees approximately 15-20 staff and prepares annual performance evaluations for each individual, meeting with individual at a 6 month and 12 month intervals
- Coordinates coverage for various teams
- Meets weekly with individual teams in huddle format
- Prepares agendas for quarterly meetings and provides agenda items for monthly supervisory meetings
- Performs various staff audits and reports results to Manager
- Responsible for service recovery
- Other duties and tasks as needed and directed by Supervisor or Team Leader.

Job Summary:
Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and four years of administrative/office management experience including supervisory experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
EMR experience preferred. Proficient in a variety of office software including but not limited Microsoft Windows, Outlook, EPIC EMR. Able to work independently.
Work Days:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
