The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate services in the daily operations of the department.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE Required:

Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State Bachelor#s degree in Nursing, or a Bachelor#s degree in another field or current matriculation in a Bachelor#s degree with an established program end date.

Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required

Preferred:
Certification in a specialty area


EXPERIENCE Required:
Three (3) years# experience as a staff nurse with a demonstrated expertise in clinical field. #(Operating Room)

Preferred:
Previous nursing leadership work experience. SPECIAL SKILLS / EQUIPMENT Working knowledge of MS Outlook. Demonstrated leadership abilities.
