- Adhere to University student employment policies and the SONHP student employee confidentiality agreement.
- Assist with scanning, double checking, and filing/uploading student records electronically
- Assist with word processing, data entry, and ad hoc projects as assigned
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Will manage a small portfolio of projects
- May also have opportunities for professional development and training on University databases, including Salesforce and Jade.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills and exhibit enthusiasm for USF while maintaining excellent professional competence.
- Extremely detail-oriented and ability to read, interpret, and transfer data accurately.
- Professional, reliable, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage confidential information and adhere to University privacy policies.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and provide appropriate follow-up and status updates
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficiency with PC and Mac systems and software applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Workspace; database systems experience is a plus.
- SONHP students as well as non-SONHP students are encouraged to apply.
- Previous administration, office work experience, or employment are a plus.
- At least a 1 year commitment is preferred.
