    Description


    The Product Marketing Specialist is a marketing professional skilled in the development and implementation of effective B2B and B2C marketing strategies for technical products.

    This position reports to the Director of Product Marketing and Channel Engagement.

    Essential Functions Statement(s)
    Advocate for the needs of the customer and the channel throughout the cross functional product development process.
    Develop compelling and informative product marketing content that will result in digital assets, brochures, datasheets, and presentations. Your content will include product descriptions, and support in transforming technical jargon into industry friendly language and content.
    Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing digital and print ready materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits for our unique market segments
    Develop commercialization plans for each new product to drive product adoption and sales. This includes marketing campaigns and promotional activities, as well as plugging into events and other marketing initiatives.
    Coordinate with the entire marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
    Collaborate with market research to gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
    Collaborate with Product Management and sales to analyze competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.
    Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating launch events and creating launch assets.
    Drive both internal and external communication plans around all product launches
    Work with the Director of Product Marketing to ensure seamless product introductions.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES


    Education:
    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    Experience:

    5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the HVAC or a related industry.
    Experience working with engineering to bring products to market.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Computer Skills:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
    Experience in HubSpot, or comparable platforms.

    Certificates & Licenses:

    Other Requirements:
    Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
    Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
    Basic knowledge of HVAC products and terminology is a plus.
