    Description

    Job Title: Administrative Manager and Human Services Program Coordinator

    Welcome to the Division of Surveillance and Investigation (DSI) job listing! We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of Administrative Manager and Human Services Program Coordinator. This position involves coordinating and supervising administrative support staff, providing guidance on internal administrative policies and procedures to technical staff, and managing grants and budgets.

    Job Duties:

    • Coordinate and supervise administrative support staff
    • Provide guidance on internal administrative policies and procedures
    • Support management of grants and budgets
    • Interpret programmatic and administrative policies
    • Train staff and track expenditures
    • Develop programs and recommend policies

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience in tracking and reporting grant-related activities
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
    • Skills in data management and committee leadership
    • Ability to handle sensitive investigations and write reports
    • Experience in report development and data visualization
    • Experience in leading research projects

    Additional Considerations:

    • Experience in state public health administration and grants management
