    The Assistant Project Manager position is crucial for our Rockaway Beach project, part of a major design-build endeavor. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing project documentation, and supporting the project team.

    Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

    Company: TC Electric

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare project documentation accurately
    • Support project planning and cost management
    • Collaborate with various functional areas of TC Electric
    • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
    • Manage project schedules and address delays proactively
    • Assist in change order preparation and negotiation
    • Interact with the Owner's team for day-to-day activities
    • Full-time on-site commitment

    Education/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management
    • PE, PMP, or CCM certification desirable

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of relevant experience
    • Strong analytical and time management skills
    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
    • Capacity to take on increasing responsibility
