    Description

    The Project Manager (PM) plays a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently within set timelines and budgets. They oversee the coordination of resources, communication of objectives, timelines, and budgets, and maintain quality control throughout the project. With expertise in acquiring and managing resources, both internal and external, the PM ensures successful project outcomes by closely monitoring project statuses, identifying risks, and implementing strategies to keep projects on track.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Planning and Management

    • Understand client objectives and project requirements thoroughly.
    • Coordinate project proposals and deliverables efficiently.
    • Maintain and enhance understanding of company project processes.
    • Contribute to project briefs and initiate project kick-offs effectively.
    • Set clear project expectations for team members and vendors.
    • Develop detailed project plans adhering to company processes.
    • Assign tasks to team members and manage external resources as required.
    • Track project timelines and deliverables, providing regular status updates.
    • Conduct team project review meetings and address potential delays promptly.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with team members, clients, and external resources.

    Financial Management and Tracking

    • Manage project budgets and billing schedules accurately.
    • Monitor project progress against billing schedules and initiate invoicing.
    • Forecast project costs and maintain cost-to-complete estimates.
    • Create client accrual reports and track project budgets against total client budgets.
    • Identify budget risks and financial impacts, notifying relevant stakeholders.
    • Review project expenses and address any discrepancies or out-of-scope issues.
    • Perform budget reconciliations upon project completion.
    • Assist in resolving client financial queries and discrepancies.

    Account Management Support

    • Assist Account Services team in delivering project updates to clients.
    • Refine project specifications and develop cost and timeline estimates.
    • Serve as primary client contact when necessary, ensuring timely responses.
    • Ensure client requests are initiated, completed, and delivered promptly.

    Quality and Risk Control

    • Ensure completion of all quality control measures.
    • Maintain electronic files for all projects.
    • Ensure project specifications meet or exceed client expectations.

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in digital project management.

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    • Agency experience, especially in digital projects.
    • Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical industry marketing.
    • Familiarity with electronic project management software.

    Working Conditions

    • Willingness to work extra or nontraditional hours based on client needs.
