- Coordinate the seamless execution of a predetermined plan to unify multiple distinct customer experiences into one. This involves maintaining all project documentation and information, updating team members and internal stakeholders on progress, problem-solving to ensure deadlines are met, and lending a hand during project execution as needed.
- 70% of your role will revolve around project management, with the remaining 30% dedicated to supporting project execution. Candidates with experience in front-end web and app development in digital marketing, A/B testing, and customer segmentation are preferred.
- Lead regular check-in meetings with project stakeholders.
- Communicate with global stakeholders via e-mail, Slack, and video calls.
- This role demands flexibility as it involves collaborating with partners across different time zones, including Australia approximately 3 hours per week.
- Troubleshoot and find solutions to project obstacles.
- Establish and meet deadlines for project tasks.
- Update team leadership on project progress.
- Assist in hands-on project tasks when needed, such as scheduling new content, editing existing content, and organizing information for execution.
