    The DMIT must follow the training plan set forth by the Regional Vice President (RVP). The DMIT will work closely with the RVP and Regional Human Resource Manager to understand expectations and performance levels with assigned training activities. These activities include directly leading Store Managers and Sales Associates of a small segment of stores. The priority of the DMIT is to contribute to the success of the district by successfully completing necessary responsibilities while modeling leadership behaviors and delivering as the Store Manager, when necessary. The DMIT will drive key performance indicators and brand loyalty by leading through the team.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Manage assigned stores within the district.
    • Coach, develop, and motivate the team.
    • Lead the Store Managers in all aspects of store operations.
    • Achieve monthly sales goals, budgets, and manage expense control.
    • Control shrinkage by coaching the teams to manage within stores.
    • Oversee management and recruitment of store teams, rosters, and control of wages.
    • Attract, recruit, and induct new team members and promote a strong focus on succession planning within the teams.
    • Promote customer service excellence and identify areas of opportunity to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure store presentation is of the highest standards.
    • Ensure a clean and safe work environment for all stores (parking lot, lobby, and booth)
    • Examine and inspect the conditions of internal and external signage
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position might require long hours and weekend work.

    Travel

    Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
