Responsibilities:
Create commercial offers and contracts for optimal business deals
Implement internal requirements and external guidelines in offers
Ensure compliance during audits and export clearance applications
Lead contract negotiations with a focus on contractual provisions
Support from finance, legal, and other specialized functions
Ensure compliance with purchase contract conditions and key milestones
Manage payment processes in close coordination with finance and legal
Claim and waiver management, monitoring of customer obligations and contract changes, negotiation of error correction measures, and support in contract close-out activities

Requirements:
Successfully completed studies in business engineering, business administration, international management, economics, or a comparable field
