    Conference Service Manager

    Business Unit:

    Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail Lodge & Golf Club, we are seeking a Conference Service Manager to support our Catering Department.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Direct all sales efforts across the catering department to ensure maximum yield is achieved, market segments are correctly targeted, and the Quail Lodge & Golf Club image is vibrantly portrayed.
    • Meet and greet clients, address their needs while on site and field subsequent communications. Attends events, welcoming guests upon arrival and re-confirming set-up, and food and beverage need.
    • Manage the sale efforts between the sales department and catering to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenue.
    • Manage the catering day-to-day operation via scheduling, payroll, recruiting, planning, controlling, and analyzing all aspects of the department.

    General Requirements

    • Prior experience in event planning or event sales required
    • Bachelors degree in hospitality or related field preferred
    • Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
    • Exceptional customer service with excellent communication

    Salary:
    $65,000
