Description

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Build and manage a team of customer service representatives responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to customers.
Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and executive team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels between the company and its customers.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in products and services.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service team members.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer service initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (~2years) in a customer service management role within the home improvement industry.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead a highperforming customer service team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to resolve complex customer issues.

Pay:
From $58,000.00 per year
