Under the direction of the Chief of Forensic Services (Senior Psychiatrist Supervisor), the Staff Services Manager II is responsible for the effective resolution of a broad range of governmental, supervisory, and managerial problems; formulates policies, procedures and program alternatives; making recommendations on a broad spectrum of administrative and program-related issues; review and analyze proposed legislation and advise management on its impact.

DSH-Metropolitan State Hospital has an open campus within a security perimeter. The hospital operates approximately 826 beds.
