Requirements:
Five or more years of work experience in the marketing fieldDemonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g., online tools and social media)
Knowledge of CRM software and Content Management SystemsFamiliarity with SEO/SEM and Google AnalyticsBasic understanding of web design (WordPress)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong analytical skillsTeam management skillsJob Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects.
Meet with internal stakeholders to plan and implement marketing campaigns to build the brand and generate leads, aligning with company goals and sales targets.
Execute specific marketing and sales goals.Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design, and product development team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns.
Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events.
Help gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends.
Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals.
Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals.
Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outletsAssisting with the design, negotiation, and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads, and email blastsProducing a brand style guide that best captures the company or client's voice and mission.
Conduct and analyze market research to determine a target audience's needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used to create targeted marketing campaigns.
Research previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what did not, and what can be improved.Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets.
Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic.
Research the market and leverage the personal network to identify new opportunities.
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products.
Address advertising needs.
Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency.
Manage the staff of outbound callers and ensure lists are prepared on time.
