    Description

    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing functions and social media for the Revcord.

    General Duties

    Daily check of all websites for errors and needed updates

    Daily check of Social Media accounts

    Manage Revcord Library

    All social media

    All graphics design

    Create content for saless as needed.

    Plan out next version of website.

    • Product Releases Coordination with engineering to make sure all product documentation is complete and ready based on product release dates. Communication to the sales organization, reps, tech support, and all other necessary personnel about new products including press releases to magazines.
    • Manage the development and administration of tradeshow activities including booth layout and setup, featured products, tradeshow advertising, tradeshow such as training, parties, meetings, etc.
    • Marketing Communications Duties to promote Revcord brand
    • Press Releases of notable events promoted with NENA, APCO, APWA (Inspections), etc.
    • Liaison with Dealers for a unified message
    • Explore and execute cross-marketing opportunities with strategic vendors such as Telex, Zetron, Rapid SOS, Mindshare, etc.

    Social Media Assigned To Graphics Manager

    • Development of brand awareness and online reputation
    • Content management and SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
    • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
    • Create a regular publishing schedule with the implementation a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales.
    • Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
    • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.

    Graphics Manager Marketing Director

    • Library Custodian Be in charge for the management, development, deployment, and providing access to all copy from the Company including slicks, web pages, manuals, white papers, etc.
    • Web Page Maintenance Making sure that the Web page is up to date with the most current information on all products, news, technology, etc. with the support of the other departments
    • Manage the Web Page development and maintenance.
    • Manage and be able to create catalog/flyer preparation - photos, layouts, line art, logos, etc.
    • Knowledge of the blogging ecosystem.
    • Able to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
    • Develop relevant content topics to reach the companys target customers.
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
