    Manager of Marketing for Chateau Nouvelle and Sandlewood Manor in Houston/Tomball

    • About Us:
    • Chateau Nouvelle and Sandlewood Manor embody luxury and elegance in the wedding industry, providing couples with unforgettable experiences in stunning settings. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand, driving growth, and ensuring our venues lead the industry.
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • As the Marketing Manager, your duties will include:
    • • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Sandlewood Manor and Chateau Nouvelle, targeting local and national markets
    • • Analyze data, optimize campaign and social media performance, and leverage platforms like Google Ads and META Ad Manager for maximum ROI
    • • Manage advertising budgets, create marketing materials, and company SWAG
    • • Engage audience and enhance brand awareness through compelling content and campaigns on various social media platforms
    • • Oversee website SEO, monitor metrics, and drive increased site traffic
    • • Utilize social media data to identify trends and optimize platforms for growth
    • • Produce marketing materials ensuring alignment with brand standards and manage websites utilizing Wix
    • • Build relationships with vendors and industry partners, support event planning, and execute marketing items for visibility
    • • Coordinate email campaigns, event promotions, and member communications to drive engagement
    • • Identify strategic marketing partnerships and assist in fundraising efforts for the non-profit ministry
    • Qualifications:
    • • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the wedding or hospitality sector
    • • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, META Ads, and social media management
    • • Skilled content creator, graphic designer, and website manager (Wix)
    • • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
    • • Willingness to attend after-hours events and meetings
