SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST JOB SUMMARY
- A Support Services Specialist coordinates customer support activities of groups which consist of Helpdesk, Technical Support, and Technical Analysts. Monitors service response times and customer satisfaction via Help Desk support delivery. Maintains the organization's end-user device inventory and monitor lifecycle of devices.
SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Education and/or experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical field and five or more years Information Systems experience required. Two or more years of experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial. An equivalent of education and experience will be considered.
  
  Knowledge: A general knowledge of Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems, Active Directory, Citrix, Terminal Services, VMWare, SQL, O365, backup administration, TCP/IP networking, wireless networking configuration and security
  
  Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and good time management skills.
  
  Abilities: Ability to communicate clearly and interact diplomatically with physicians, management, and staff to solve problems. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
