Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for my client, one of the leading insurance brokers for special risks in the areas of sports, film, television, entertainment, and real estate, located in Alcoa, TN.

Your responsibilities:

Customer service, including contract processing and maintenance
Coordination and support of the sales team
Risk analysis and consultation
Participation in process and project development
Creating visit reports and quotes

Your profile:

Insurance specialist, insurance broker, or comparable qualification, or a degree in business administration
Good selforganization and enjoyment of working independently
Strong customer focus
Team player
Experience in property insurance
Proficient in MS Office
