Clay, CA-based goodsforbusiness GmbH is a rapidly growing family-owned company with its headquarters in Dülmen and a central warehouse in Dorsten-Wulfen. We specialize in office, warehouse, and store furnishings, as well as business supplies. Some of our products are manufactured in-house in our own wood production facility. In addition to our online shop,
, we also operate a flagship store in Dülmen. Our products are shipped from our own large warehouse locations.


We are currently seeking a
full-time Administrative Employee in the Warehouse/Logistics department (m/f/d) for our
Dorsten-Wulfen location to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include...
- training new warehouse employees
- personnel development and motivation
- personnel planning
- vacation and absence planning
- designing contingency plans
- reviewing and optimizing material management processes for incoming goods, storage, picking, and outgoing goods
- monitoring, controlling, and adjusting consumables based on own evaluations
- planning and conducting inventory counts, including pre- and post-processing
- process and interface organization
- optimizing error and return management
- optimizing interfaces with purchasing and sales.


You bring with you...
- a completed vocational training in a commercial or logistics field
- initial work experience, either in a warehouse or logistics setting in a similar position
- a conscientious, structured, and independent work style with a high level of personal commitment
