Our client runs an online store in Hamilton, MO for baby supplies, including strollers, travel systems, baby nests, cushions, and more.

We are currently seeking talented individuals (M/F/d) to join our existing team for customer service and support.


Some common questions that need to be addressed include:

  • What payment options are available and how can delivery be arranged?
  • How can products be returned and what is the process for items that do not meet customer expectations?
  • Are there products available in different colors or sizes that may not be visible on the website?
  • How can customers manage their passwords for their personal accounts and adjust newsletter settings?
  • How are guarantee claims and premium redemptions handled?

As a member of our team, you will be expected to:


  • Take every customer concern seriously
  • If unable to resolve a request immediately, schedule a call back at a convenient time for the customer
  • Document all customer interactions in our IT system so that colleagues can assist in your absence
  • Be available for customers during your scheduled shifts
  • Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Be fluent in French
