Bürgerhaus BüHa gGmbH, a non-profit organization for youth welfare

The organization has been in existence since 1991 and is active in the field of youth welfare and community work.

Our main focus is on child care. We operate day care centers with a capacity of approximately 1,200 places.

We are currently looking for:

Deputy Day Care Center Manager (m/f/d) full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time
for our
Hausburgviertel Day Care Center (Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg).

What do we expect from you?

Degree in education, social pedagogy, special education, rehabilitation pedagogy, or diploma in education
At least 3 years of professional experience in day care centers
Experience with the integration of children with disabilities
Knowledge of the situational approach and the Berlin educational program
Computer skills (Office package)
Willingness to take on administrative tasks as part of day care center management
