    Job Title: Danish Customer Service Representative at Terumo

    We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Danish Customer Service Representative at Terumo, where you will play a crucial role in connecting our customers, Sales Teams, and the Supply Chain Organization. Based in our office in Gothenburg, Sweden, you will be integral in providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Nordic countries, with a focus on Denmark.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Building strong customer relationships and fostering inter-departmental connections
    • Efficient order processing and management
    • Handling customer queries and managing consignment agreements
    • Ensuring smooth delivery processes and excellent customer experiences
    • Contributing to daily operations and maintaining high standards
    • Managing customer complaints and master data
    • Working towards achieving team targets and continuous improvement
    • Providing support to teammates and supervisors

    Profile Description:

    • Passionate about customer service and making a difference in healthcare
    • Fluency in Danish, knowledge of Nordic languages, and proficiency in English
    • Experience with MS Office and preferably SAP
    • Background in healthcare or medical devices
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Customer Service
    • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
