We are seeking a customer service representative who can provide exceptional customer service for fielding customer inquiries and requests via phone and computer at our Smithfield, NC location. This person would also be responsible for back-office tasks such as accounts receivable, filing, and setting up new customer accounts. The candidate would also be responsible for safely filling customer propane cylinders upon request, appliance assembly, and display in our showroom.If you are the ambitious, hard-working type who enjoys meeting new people every day and the challenges of a rapidly growing company then we would love to hear from you.
