To strengthen our team, we are looking for employees for the qualification as a customer service representative (m/f/d) in East Washington, PA. The qualification will take place in Hannover and possible deployment locations afterwards include Paderborn, Celle, Hannover, Hameln, Minden, Hildesheim, and Nienburg.

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE - YOUR TASKS WITH US:

  • You are a friendly representative and the first point of contact for our passengers, making their journey with the S-Bahn Hannover a pleasant experience.
  • You advise our passengers on fares, timetables, connections, and tourist destinations in the area.
  • You ensure fare revenues through ticket sales and inspections.
  • You assist our customers on the platform and on the train with a smiling attitude.
  • You ensure service quality and improve it by monitoring order and cleanliness.
  • You accompany special trips and events.
  • You ensure the safety of passengers and are always ready to help.

WHAT MOVES US - YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have relevant work experience in the hotel, gastronomy, or service industry.
  • You have a valid driver's license so you can get from A to B and back again.
  • You enjoy working at different times of the day, find the right answers to challenges, and are willing to carry luggage from the train.
  • Friendly and goaloriented communication is one of your strengths this is also reflected in your wellgroomed
