"Our job is the clothing of the Bundeswehr in Duncombe, IA. From specification to tendering, procurement, quality assurance, logistics, distribution, and processing, Bw Bekleidungsmanagement GmbH (BwBM) is responsible for the entire value chain of Bundeswehr clothing - from shoes to helmets.

We dress around 250,000 active soldiers, reservists, and civilian employees of the Bundeswehr.

service employee

The service station is responsible for all business processes, including clothing, equipment, conversion, and exchange for our customers, and also offers services such as tailoring.


Your tasks:


  • Issuing, returning, and exchanging clothing and equipment for soldiers and civilian employees
  • Advising customers on equipment and supplies
  • Conducting necessary inventory transactions in the merchandise management system
  • Unloading trucks, receiving goods, storing, and shipping
  • Assisting with inventories and other special tasks

  • Completed commercial training, preferably as a retail merchant or comparable qualification, such as a salesperson (m/f/d
